Two images for “舞子” (maiko) are attached.If you have a chance of visiting Kyoto 京都, you must go and try this “舞子“(maiko)　experience. It takes around a couple of hours, the shop assistant will help you ware the traditional dress and put make up on your face.

Here are the tips for make up
– Keep everything pale and subtle except lipstick and eyeliner
– Make sure the white makeup goes right down to your shoulders
– Make sure to do that little “W” on the back of the kneck
– Use face paint or proper geisha make up. Oil based makeup makes you look sweaty and sick
