Hello, I am NAO, I am a native Japanese teacher living in Shanghai, I am a certificated Japanese teacher. I provide private kid Japanese lesson, Business Japanese lesson, University or Job interview in Japanese, discussion Japanese lesson, Japanese cultural lesson and Japanese writing lessons. Before the lesson, I will fist listen to your Japanese learning aims and worries to make sure your current Japanese level, using the right Japanese learning textbook for your personal needs and provide the customized tailor made Japanese lesson for you.

For kids Japanese lessons, learning Japanese is not the main object, I will make the fun lessons teaching in Japanese, for example teaching Japanese through different activities Origami, painting, observing the plants etc. My motto is pulling each student’ s goodness, as I believe interest is the power to create more motivation in learning, teaching Japanese through different activities will help the kids learn in a fun way. After Japanese lesson I will provide the lesson report to the parents. During Japanese lessons if needed I will speak some simple Chinese or English.

I feel the most difficult part for Chinese speaking students who are learning Japanese is Japanese grammar and the different usage of KANJI. Same KANJI in Chinese and Japanese have different meanings, Chinese speaking students may get confused easily. For Japanese grammar learning, Chinese speaking students may feel Adjective and Verbs usages are difficult. I will train my students practice a lot during our private Japanese lessons.

私のキッズレッスンでは、「日本語を」学ぶのではなく、「日本語で」学ぶことを目標にしています。例えば折り紙を使って形の学習をしたり、自宅でのレッスン時には絵の具を混ぜて新しい色を作ったり、植物の観察・スケッチをしたりします。子供の好奇心と日本語を結び付けて、より記憶しやすい授業を心がけています。授業で出てきた表現は授業後にフィードバックをします。簡単な中国語、英語でのサポートも可能です。

中国圏の学生さんが日本語を習う時、１番難しいと感じるのは漢字の区別と文法だと思います。漢字については、中国と日本の漢字は似ているようで実は違うものが多く、混同しがちです。文法については、特に形容詞、動詞の活用は外国人にとって非常に難しいと感じます。活用の仕組みを一度学んだうえで練習を何度もする必要があります。

「～に～」到着点を強調している
「～へ～」同じく到着点を表すが特に書き言葉で使われる
「～まで～」限界を表す意味がプラスされる。到着点だけでなく時間にも使える

「～は」＋形容詞または名詞
「～が」＋動詞

「～は」より「～が」の方が意味が強く、主語を強調する

「～だったら」は親しい間柄で使われる。

「～でしたら」は仕事の際や目上の人などに使う。

日本文化は気遣いの文化であると言えます。

日本は自分の意見や感情をストレートに表現し相手に伝えることが苦手です。
おそらく、はるか昔から、島国として、他国からの侵攻におびえることなく過ごしてきた地理的な条件が、日本国民の平和的でおだやかな性格に影響していると私は考えています。

逆に、相手の考えていることがわかりにくいため、「察する」
ということが日本人とコミュニケーションを取るうえで重要なスキルとなります。

また、社交辞令、という言葉も日本人特有かもしれません。
言葉通りでなく、言葉の裏にある真意を読み取ることが必要で、複雑なコミュニケーション術を必要とする文化ですね。
