Japanese Classes for Kids

Hello everyone. I am AMI, I am living in Hong Kong. I was a Kindergarten school teacher for Japanese kids, I was born in Kyushu, teaching experiences at 塾 which is tutoring school in Japan for 4 years and teaching at Kindergarten school for 3 years. When I was a student I started to teach Japanese overseas, playing with the kids, sharing Japan cultural with them as a volunteer, then I found I have the strong interests in teaching, that is why I became a Kindergarten school teacher.

My teaching style is using the cards and picture books mainly for visual learners to make the lessons more fun. Other activities such as singing Japanese songs and dancing to attract the kids attention. I will customize the lesson and practice oral speaking for the individual students according to the student’s learning style.

I love traveling overseas, I have travelled around 15 countries, I also love sports when I was a child, I am looking forward to teaching from the kids to adults.

Japanese Teaching Approach

ベースは教科書に沿って教えますが、会話の練習を重視します。

I will teach depending on student levels and requirement. To study Japanese is not easy, but I will try my best for students to keep studying with fun and can share their lives and cultures, happiness through studying.

Basically follow students’ request, but lesson is focus on conversation so that students can learn Japanese though what they like, and become more interested in Japan.

Experiences in Japanese language schools.
