先生へ「イエ(家)」と「ウチ」の違いについて教えていただけないでしょうか?
先生’s Answer:
両者は、意味する範囲に違いがある。イエが、建物などの物理的な意味で使われることが多いのに対し、ウチは、気持ち的意味を含む。
例えば、「ウチの家族は」と言えても、「イエの家族は」は不自然。
しかし、ウチが、物理的な家をあらわす場合は、その限りではない。例としては、「私のイエは南向き」でも「私のウチは南向き」でも意味は変わらない。
然しながら、外国人が日本語を使うケースでは、イエは物理的、ウチは気持的と、まず覚えたほうが間違いがない。
先生へ「気持ちが悪い」と「気分が悪い」の違いについて教えていただけないでしょうか?
先生’s Answer:
ともに、体調が良くない時に使うことができる。
違いは、「気持ち」は、自分自身の事にも、自分以外の人/物にも使えるが、「気分」は、自分(発話者)自身の心理的状況に関して使う言葉。
例えば、浮浪者風の人を見て、「あの人は気持ちが悪い」と言えても、「あの人は気分が悪い」と言う事はできない。。
先生へ 「開く」と「開ける」の違いについて説明してくれませんか?
先生’s Answer:
意味は、どちらも、障害物を排除して開放した状況にすること。
「開く」は自動詞にも他動詞にもなるが、「開ける」は他動詞のみなので、目的語を取る。よって自動詞として使う場合は「開く」のみ使える。
例えば、
◯ドアが開く
✖ドアが開ける
どちらでもOKな、他動詞的用法の違いは、「開く」には、広げる意味があり、それを行うことにより広くなる場合に用いられることがある。
例えば、体操で「脚を開いて」と言われたら、両足の間隔を広げて立つことを意味する。この場合、脚を「開けて」とは言わない。
他の例としては、荷物を「開ける」といった場合には、包装紙を剥がしたり、旅行カバンをオープンするイメージだが、荷物を「開く」と言うと、開けて中のものを出す意味が込められる。

その和食の特徴は、①日本は周囲を海に囲まれており、また、四季があるので、海の幸、山の幸に恵まれている。旬の美味を季節ごとに味わうことができる。➁肥満が問題となることが多い昨今、和食は栄養バランスに優れた食事である。③和食のプレゼンテーション性の高さ。素材の色合い、形、盛り付ける器等々を総合芸術として楽しむことができる。④日本の食文化は、年中行事と密接な関わりを持ちつつ育まれてきているということ。例えば、正月のおせち料理は、それぞれの料理に、意味をもたせてある。豆豆しく働けるように黒豆、子孫繁栄を願って数の子という具合である。
これらを総合的に判断して、和食は、世界でもその価値を認められた。
